03 What's the difference between temporary staffing and direct placement at jobnext24?
With temporary staffing (employee leasing), jobnext24 remains the employer of record for the staff placed with you – you pay an agreed hourly rate. With direct placement, we find the right candidate for a permanent hire directly on your payroll. We'll clarify which model fits you best during the initial consultation.
04 How does jobnext24 ensure candidate quality?
Every application is reviewed individually. Through structured phone screenings and an interview with us, in person or online, we assess candidates for suitability, availability and fit with your role. Only qualified, vetted applicants are put forward to you.
05 Can we hire jobnext24 staff on a permanent basis?
Yes. Taking on temporary staff as permanent employees is explicitly encouraged and part of how we work together. A permanent hire of a vetted employee who already knows your company is often the best outcome for both sides. The terms are set out in the contract.

With temporary staffing, you pay a contractually agreed hourly rate; with direct placement, a one-off placement fee.
