01 How do I apply to jobnext24?
Applying is quick and easy. You can apply straight through our website, or reach us on WhatsApp or by phone. Once you've applied, we'll get in touch right away and talk through which jobs suit you in a short call. No long waits, no complicated process.
02 What jobs does jobnext24 offer?
We place people mainly in production, warehousing and logistics – for example as a warehouse assistant, order picker, production worker or forklift driver. We also fill roles in the skilled trades and in office and administrative positions. Many roles are also a great fit for career changers.
03 Can I apply if I don't have any work experience yet?
Yes. Many of our jobs are also open to people starting their career or switching fields. Your reliability and motivation often count for more than a specific qualification. We'll work with you to find the role that best matches your strengths and experience.
04 How good does my German need to be?
That depends on the job. For many roles in production or warehousing, basic German is enough. In our first conversation, we'll figure out together which jobs suit your language skills. We'll help you find the right fit.
05 What's the difference between temporary staffing and direct placement?
With temporary staffing (employee leasing), you're employed by jobnext24 and placed with a client company – jobnext24 stays your employer. With direct placement, we place you directly with a company, which then becomes your employer. We'll figure out which option fits you in our first call.
06 What benefits do I get on top of my base pay?
On top of your pay, we offer things like various allowances, holiday pay, a Christmas bonus, a bonus scheme, overtime pay, and individual advance payments where needed. 07 Is there a chance the client company will hire me permanently?
Yes, and that's exactly our goal. Many jobnext24 employees have gone on to be hired directly by the client company they worked for – some after just a few months. Your assignment is the best route into a permanent role. We can't promise it, but we actively work toward it.
08 Does jobnext24's placement service cost me anything?
No. Placement is completely free for applicants. We're paid by the company that's hiring. So you pay nothing – not for the conversation, not for the contract, not for the placement itself.
09 What happens if the job doesn't turn out to be a good fit?
Then we'll talk about it directly and look for a better solution together. We work with a range of clients and roles – if one isn't right, we'll see what else is available. Your feedback matters to us, because we want you to be happy long-term.
